on-site maintenance and repairs needed to ensure your system

Scrubber Inspection & Maintenance
- Inspect packing, mesh pads, mist eliminator and nozzles
for pluggage and deterioration
- Inspect recirculation pump for operation and wear
- Inspect plumbing components for leaks.
- Clean mesh pads, packing etc if required
- Repair all leaks and cracks
- Fan Inspection & Maintenance
- Inspect bearings for grease and service
- Check fan belts for tension and wear
- Check sheaves for alignment
- Check integrity and balance of fan wheel and shaft
- Check steel base for corrosion
- Repair all leaks and cracks
- Balance fan wheel if required
- System and Controls Inspection
- Check draw at hoods
- Check air flows
- Inspect duct and hoods for integrity, leaks and cracks
- Inspect differential pressure gauges and tubing
- Inspect operation of solenoid valves
- inspect operation of pH, ORP, level control systems
- Do all necessary repairs and adjustments to controls,
welds, etc.
Fan Inspection and Maintenance
- Inspect bearings for grease and service
